National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu stated that President Bola Tinubu's security policies have been effective in eliminating notorious bandit leaders such as Dangote, Boderi, Ali Kawaje, and Damina.

Ribadu remarked that banditry and terrorism have declined since Tinubu took office.

Speaking in Sokoto, the NSA emphasized that the Niger Delta region has been peaceful under Tinubu's administration, unlike previously.

He assured that the current administration would continue its resolute fight against bandits and those perpetrating insecurity.

According to Ribadu: "There are currently no known unresolved cases of student abductions anywhere in the country. And where are the infamous bandit leaders Ali Kawaje, Boderi, Damina and Dangote now? They have all been eliminated.

In the past, organized terrorist groups carried out attacks on our trains, military sites, and churches. But since this administration took over, there have been no such incidents.

The Niger Delta is also at peace today. In the East, people were being stopped and killed, with over 40 police stations shut down, but they are all operational now. These positive changes are because we are working hard.

We will persist in this work. We are serious, and God willing, Nigeria will see the difference."
